The room provided a fridge, a hair dryer and fans , which was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and included a bath tub.

excellent facilities clean room useful appliances
i found the facilities very excellent. everything was clean. i had a fridge, microwave, and iron in my room. the rooms proved much better than the hotel's interior design suggests.
perhaps the hotel is slightly understaffed.

staff members were helpful, ensuring i had everything i needed! the reception was always manned. the front desk offered prompt assistance with inquiries. the staff addressed all concerns quickly!

the hotel is next to the river. the town is also only a short walk away. this gives easy access to shops, restaurants and pubs. i found the area safe for walking around.

spacious bedroom comfortable bedroom large towels
the room was spacious. i found the bedroom quite comfortable, and opening the windows was easy. the towels provided were large, it felt very luxurious.

river location friendly staff soft mattress warm room
i found the location of the hotel on the river. it was a easy walk to the town center. i also appreciated the friendly staff at the reception desk.
the mattress felt too soft. this softness made it difficult for my back and i had a bad night. also, the room stayed too warm even when i turned off the radiator.
